3.1 The Services are not intended for users under the age of 13. By using the Services, you warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

8.1 Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJD.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.1 Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in the End User License Agreement (EULA).
